Causes and Remedies of White Hair

“Why do I have white hair at 25 years of age?” Today we want to answer this question that maybe some of you have already had to ask. Usually, in fact, the first white threads appear- for both men and for women – between 35-40 years, but sometimes can appear much earlier, already at the end of adolescence.

To explain this phenomenon, we must first explain that the hair is composed of the same type of cells found in the epidermis, which is the top layer of the skin. Born from the hair follicle and scalp are also of the sebaceous glands that secrete sebum. While there is no way to feed the hair from the outside, there is no other way to feed the skin, if not through the blood circulation which enhances follicles.

Remember to supplement our diet with intake of at least 2 liters of water per day, to increase iodine.


In addition, it may seem trivial, but looking in the mirror and thinking “I’ll be white haired by the time I’m 40” is based on reality: stress increases the appearance of white hair , so try to avoid people, things or situations that can increase our mental pressure , let’s do it for our own good.

Finally, a small “trick” that can help you fight the early appearance of these hated white threads: eat a yogurt a day by adding a teaspoon of baking powder. Yogurt fact is rich in vitamins B, and the yeast is also rich in specific B vitamins – pantothenic acid, para-aminobenzoic acid and inositol – elements which are otherwise difficult to get in your diet, and which are closely linked to the premature whitening of our hair.
